Can’t recommend Kris at mkj decorating highly enough. He completed a large job for me when he redecorated my entire hallway & 5 flights of stairs superbly last year. The preparation work was done very thoroughly & and the outcome was great. He also worked very intensely , cleared up well & completed the job in very good time for a very reasonable price.

I would highly recommend Kris and Joanna and definitely use them again! Their work was high quality and thorough with great attention to detail. The condition of the walls was poor, they took extra time to get them to a good standard even though this meant the job taking longer, at no extra cost. They were very reliable and trustworthy, I felt comfortable leaving them alone in the flat. I am so happy with the finish – the re paint has genuinely transformed the space and given my home a new lease of life! Thank you both for you hard work!

Kris decorated our back bedroom and did a fantastic job. He was very professional, communication was great throughout and was also so lean and tidy while working in our house. I would definitely recommend him and will use him again for other decorating jobs in the future.

We recently had the exterior

We recently had the exterior of our house redecorated by Kris, and we have no hesitation in saying that he did an excellent job. Kris is reliable, hardworking and conscientious and this is the third time that he has done work for us.

We used Kris and co to paint our living room, hallway and conservatory. There was a lot of wood needing to be sanded and painted which most people baulked at. Kris on the other hand just confirmed he could do it.

Wow! And wow again! This

Wow! And wow again! This lovely husband and wife team, Kris and Joanna, are absolutely amazing, I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish they are true professionals, Kris arrived on the dot to give me a very reasonable quote and communication is second to none. No problem is too daunting, we needed Kris to decorate a very run down high-ceilinged kitchen and very long hall in our Victorian house, twenty years of yuk and covered in cracks, he even removed our greasy cooker hood. I had not looked on their website before employing them, the quality of their work was good enough for me. My son and his wife had their hallway and loft conversion decorated, navy paintwork against cream walls, and it was perfect! Most of his work comes via word of mouth, customer recommendations, and I can see why. It was an absolute pleasure to have them in our home, I had no hesitation in giving them our keys. Not that I really needed to, the pair of them are such hard workers, no going out for long lunches, they just didn’t stop! Every evening the place is left immaculate, they have such respect. Joanna is an utter delight and she cleaned thirty years of grime from our glass doors, incredible! Kris is just lovely and does such a spectacular job, he will go over his work if he is not happy with it, his mantra is “it has to last”. He left saying if we found any problems that he would come back, needless to say it was perfect. They made it all look so beautiful, we are 100% happy! They go way above and beyond. We really cannot thank them enough.

This is the second time Kris has worked for me and I can’t recommend him enough. He redecorated my living/dining room and former office to a high standard. I should particularly highlight his thorough preparation of the walls, filling and sanding the minutest cracks, and subsequently producing a flawless paint finish.
